Apprentice Electrical Service Tech
Electrical Service Apprentice
Pre Qualifications:
1. Drivers License with clean driving history
2. Pass Criminal Background check
3. Pass drug screen
4. Neat/Clean appearance (certain tattoos unacceptable)
5. Good communication skills (bilingual a plus)
6. Must be willing to travel and work flexible hours
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Must be enrolled in the IEC or equivalent and maintain B+ or higher grade point average.
2. Must be willing to learn and apply themselves to the opportunity of becoming a Master Service Technician
3. Must be committed to learning and following NEC standards
4. Must be able to obtain OSHA 10 certification after hire
5. Must be detail oriented person who takes pride in there work
6. Must have good communication skill with ability to communicate the problem with the customer or the Service Technician
7. Must be willing/able to work in attics, crawl spaces, off ladders, outdoor weather conditions

Job Description:
The electrical service apprentice will be working directly with the service technician assisting in troubleshooting, installations, and design of electrical systems. The apprentice will sometimes be asked to work alone and must be able to follow detail instructions and have the ability to work alone. The apprentice will be required to work well with others, engage in group discussion and apply lessons learned from there apprenticeship school to assist in completing daily tasks. The apprentice will be responsible for handling paperwork and turning it in to the service technician for daily reports. The apprentice will be required to follow all construction safety requirements and follow all company policies while working on ECI projects.

Low Voltage Installation Lead
The Field Installation Lead should be prepared to work in a team environment and will be engaged in various aspects of performing installation of low voltage cable and devices. Some job training will be provided however, candidate should have prior experience as described below.
Responsibilities
- Lead a crew of installers – 2 to 6 as projects require.
- Coordinate with ECI Project Manager(s) on priorities and scheduling.
- Installation of cabling and devices on projects.
- Ensuring proper codes and standards are met with each installation.
- Ensure that the crew is operating safely per ECI standards as well as OSHA.
- Coordinate with onsite point of contact or other contractors as required.
- Maintain communication with ECI PM on progress and provide daily updates.
- Accountable for the quality and completeness of work performed.
- Accountable for controlling material sent to jobsite and labor hours used.
- Provide suggestions and feedback for labor estimating on projects.
- Maintain timekeeping for crew and report to ECI PM weekly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- 5 + years of experience leading a crew.
- 10 + years of industry experience in low voltage.

- Good vehicle driving record (DMR).
- Overnight travel (As required, majority of work in Georgia).

Physical Requirements
- Working overhead on ladders for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
- Working environment can vary from conditioned air facility to active construction site that is not yet conditioned or heated.
- Ability to push, pull, reach, climb, lift.

Associate Project Manager
JOB TITLE: Associate Project Manager
SCOPE OF WORK:
This role consists of assisting the Assistant Project Manager in the administrative aspect of projects as our team commence with the installation, alterations and additions of electrical systems. Much of this role will be performed at our office, and some of it will be performed on the jobsite as necessary. Experience is a plus but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain/update data within our project management software (Bluebeam, Onenote and basic Microsoft programs)
- Review purchase order contracts and product submittals thorougly to verify conformity to the project bid documents
- Manage permitting, RFI’s, revised drawings and project schedules
- Verify blueprints created by drafting dept
- Generate jobsite punchlists based on site visit
- Attend meetings and take notes to create action items as required
- Assess material and tooling needs and facilitate getting the items to the jobsite
- Assess and aid in material organization and management on jobsite

WORKING CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to utilize jobsite sanitary facilities (Porta‑Johns) during site work.
- Wear personal protective equipment when on a jobsite (hard hat, safety glasses, work boots)
- Must be able to commute to ECI office and jobsites which are typically within 1.5hrs of office or less.
- Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach overhead.
- Constantly able to move on feet.
- Able to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Able to sit at a desk for long periods at a time.
- Able to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as needed.
- Possess good vision (normal or corrected).

Commercial Journeyman Electrician
Experienced Electricians needed. Prefer to have commercial experience. Experience in new construction and renovation of schools is a plus. Competitive hourly pay (pay based on experience). Applicants must have reliable transportation and have the following skill set at a minimum:
- Able to install all equipment associated with 120/208, 277/480 Volt Delta-Wye systems
- Able to read and install equipment based on electrical blueprints
- Able to bend and install electrical conduit
- Able to install conductors and make terminations on equipment
- Able to install and make connects to panels, switchboards, and transformers
- Able to install various light fixtures
- Able to work under supervision, but be a highly motivated self-starter
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A FOREMAN APPLICANT:
Able to communicate and work well with General Contractor on job site.
Able to manage a team of 5 – 25 employees while maintaining high productivity
Responsible for all aspects of job from start to finish.
Conduit Installer – Pipe Runner
We need qualified conduit runners to run EMT in commercial buildings in the area (schools, etc) who can produce at a fast pace. Qualified conduit runners will have a minimum of 6 months commercial or industrial electrical experience and reliable transportation. Must have all your own hand tools. Pay depends on level of performance. If you do not have experience in running conduit, please do not apply for this position.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient with running 1/2″-4″ EMT (primarily 1/2″)
- Must have own hand tools per our tool requirement list.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week.

Helper
No experience necessary, but construction experience is a plus. Pay based on experience. You must have your own transportation. You will need basic tools: tape measure; channel locks; box cutter; sharpie; screwdrivers; tool pouch; hard hat; safety glasses; safety vest. This is a construction environment – working outdoors and indoors without AC or heat, in rain and sunshine. May require anything from digging a ditch to pulling wire through conduit. This job is not for someone who is looking for office work or clean bathrooms. MUST have transportation. Our job sites are all over the metro-Atlanta area. From Marietta to Stockbridge, Athens to Austell and anywhere in between.
- Assists ELECTRICIAN in installing and repairing wiring, fixtures, and equipment in new construction and/or renovation commercial facilities: Supplies ELECTRICIANS with materials and tools, using hand trucks, or by carrying material.
- Measures and cuts pipe conduit to specified length, using steel tape and hacksaw.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, carry, twist, squat, bend, climb ladders, pull, push, walk and be on feet 8 hours per day.
- Must have your own basic tools to include (but not limited to) screwdrivers, tool pouch, channel locks, wire stripper, hack saw, 25′ measuring tape, box cutter, sharpie, carpenter pencil, work gloves, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and work boots.
- Must have your own transportation.
- Job locations will vary, but most are metro-Atlanta area and must be willing to drive to assigned locations as needed.
- This is an entry level position. Experience is not necessary, but construction experience is preferred. Any electrical helpers that demonstrate great skills and hard work will be encouraged to enroll in the electrical apprenticeship program offered through trade school. (iecatlantaga.org)
- Paid weekly thru temp service for a period of evaluation (2-6 weeks) to determine if formal interview will be scheduled for employment with company.
