Edward Williams

President / CEO

Edward began his long-standing career with ECI in 1993 as a helper just after graduation. Over the years, he transitioned from Service Tech to Project Foreman to Project Manager/Estimating to his current position as President/CEO. As Edward moved through important positions involving all the dynamics of commercial electrical work he gained valuable first-hand knowledge that’s imperative to a successful leadership position. Edward’s vision is to build business relationships and expand the company into other avenues, which will provide Georgia with top-of -the-line customer service and also meet advanced electrical and technological needs. Edward is passionate about the career growth of ECI’s employees as well as the company as a whole.

Eric Hamilton

Vice President

Eric’s career began in the machining industry and transitioned to ECI in 2003 where he began his career in the electrical field. His experience includes Low and High Voltage work in the Commercial sector, with a primary background in K-12 construction.

Allan Rogers

General Superintendent

In 1996, Allan began his career with ECI. He received his master’s license in 2001. Through the years he has gained experience and knowledge within all aspects of electrical/low voltage, this includes projects in K-12, warehouses, churches, and service work. Alongside his coworkers, he strives to serve Christ and the community through his position within the company.

Stephanie Handley

Secretary / Office Administrator

Stephanie has worked at ECI since 2002. As the community has fluctuated, she has watched the company grow from seventeen to one hundred employees. Through the years she has learned and excelled at a wide range of responsibilities excluding Estimating and Project Management. On her time off, she enjoys events with her church, spending time with family and friends, and studying the Bible.

Dean Krontz

VP Business Services

Dean has worked in the Low Voltage / Electrical industry Since 2002. He started in the US Marine Corps as an Aviation Electrician / Avionics Technician and transitioned into the low voltage industry in 2008. His experience includes work in the K-12, Healthcare and Commercial marketplace.

Katrina Jones

Director of Business Services

Katrina has worked in the K-12 Education Market for the past 7 years. She brings experience with account management, system design, and grant funding with school security and low voltage systems. When she is not assisting our customers, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 daughters.

Brad Christian

Chief Estimator

Brad has been with ECI for 25 years. He was an electrician in the field for 20 years and then made the transfer over to estimating in 2016 where he currently is the senior estimator. He is a graduate from the IEC.

Valerie Mitchell

HR Administrator

Valerie spent 15 years as an Area Supervisor for five restaurants managing operations and over 350 employees and gained valuable experience in motivating and training employees to deliver great customer service. Making a career change in 2001 to human resources, bookkeeping, and office management, she found her way to ECI in 2012 as the Human Resources Administrator. She considers the staff her priority, enjoys serving on the Apprentice & Training Committee at the IEC (Independent Electrical Contractor Association – Atlanta Chapter) and focuses on assisting the ECI management in recruiting and maintaining a successful, happy, well-trained, and productive staff. Valerie and her husband, Chris, have 2 adult sons and 4 grandchildren, and they enjoy spending quality time with their family and serving in their church.

Corbin Ward

HR Assistant

Corbin was previously a Preschool Director for the last five years with an extensive background in Early Childhood. In 2021, she made her way to ECI as the Human Resource Assistant where she wants to broaden her management skills. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two children, her husband and two dogs as well as being outside, taking pictures and crafting.

Crystal Rogers

Service & Media Coordinator

Crystal is one of our newest employees, joining the ECI family in February 2021. Her professional background consists of medical office, pharmaceutical insurance and education. Her current duties include coordination and assistance to the Administration and Media Teams. She is a longtime volunteer within the local community and her church.

Darryl Fitch

Safety & Training Manager

Darryl is ECI’s Safety Manager and also the primary instructor for additional in-house electrical training. He has 30 years experience in the electrical industry as an Electrician, Superintendent, Instructor and now the Safety Manager of a merit shop Electrical Contractor.

Here are some of his certifications:

• Premier Certification in Occupational Safety and Health
• Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor
• NCCER CERTIFIED Electrical Instructor
• NSC certified first aid Instructor.
• Authorized OSHA Trainer.
• NFPA70E Instructor

Shane Holbrook

Project Manager

Shane has been in the electrical field most of his life, he started working with his dad at a young age. At age 19, he joined the US Navy, and during that time, he attended New England Technical college to complete a 2-year associates program majoring in the electrical technology program. After serving in the Navy, he spent several years working with his family’s business in the Low Voltage sector, and later moved into High Voltage work. In 2013, he joined the ECI team and has worked his way up through many ranks to now hold a Project Manager position.

Andy Eade

Project Manager

Andy started working at ECI in June of 2001 his senior year of high school. After graduating high school, he went on to complete a four-year apprenticeship program at the IEC to earn a Journeyman certification. He graduated with a 2nd place award in the state wire-off competition. He is now serving as a Project manager, and has worked on scores of K-12 projects in addition to several warehouses, church’s and correctional institutions.

Mike Guffin

Project Manager

Mike earned a Chef Certification which he applied for 20 years in the culinary industry before progressing into the electrical field in 2008. He has experience in low and high voltage systems in commercial applications with his primary focus in K-12. He has served several roles and is now working in the Project Management department.

Chris Acker

Associate Estimator

Christopher (Chris) Acker is a second-year apprentice with ECI and currently works as an associate estimator. He went to the Franciscan University of Steubenville where he met his lovely wife Haley. He has been married for 4 years and has two children, a daughter Eliana (3), and a son Benedict (1). His hobbies include playing with his kids, sci-fi and fantasy literature, and history.

Jason Castillo

Draftsman

Jason has been working with ECI since August 2019. In late 2020, he began his four year Journeyman Electrician Apprenticeship at IEC. He has had the privilege to work alongside our Service Department as well as with our team out in the field. As of January 2022, he transitioned into the role as Electrical Draftsman. He is thankful to be able to partake in the work Jesus gives to ECI!

Danielle Mitchell

AP/AR Associate

Danielle recently graduated college in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She joined the ECI team briefly after in early 2022 where she works alongside the AP/AR Department. She enjoys the rich with knowledge office environment and the rapidly growing community around her. On her off days, she enjoys spending time with her family and fiancé, and traveling to new areas across Georgia.
